If a guest does not arrive for their first night, we will cancel the remaining nights of your booking and your credit card will be charged for the first nights accommodation.
Cancellations are to be made 24 hrs prior to 1pm of the day of your booking either by email or phone, this must be confirmed by a Pentlands manager via e-mail or by phone.
If you have made an online booking and full payment through our book now link you must allow 5 working days for your refund to be processed this payment will be refunded to the credit card we have stored as a token with our merchant. The same 24 hr cancellation policy applies to this payment/booking method as above.

Bookings - There is a minimum three day booking for this period
Deposit - 50% Deposit will be charged to your credit card on confirmation of your booking.
Full payment - The Balance of your tariff will be charged to your card on the 1st of September.
Cancellations - If your booking is cancelled prior to the 1st of September your deposit will be refunded in full to the credit card that we have stored.
There are no refunds if you cancel after the 1st of September.
